Ingredients
• 4 pounds boneless beef roast • 1 cup 7-Up • 1 teaspoon celery salt (optional) • 2 bay leaves • 2 garlic cloves, mincedDirections
Step 1
Place pot roast in the slow cooker. Pierce the top of the roast with a fork and sprinkle the top with celery salt.
Step 2
Gently pour 7-Up over the roast and top the roast with bay leaves and garlic. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Step 3
Carefully remove roast from the slow cooker. Let it settle for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Step 4
Note: In addition to the roast, you can add potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions to the slow cooker while the roast cooks.
