• 1 (16-ounce) can of refried beans • 1 cup salsa • 1 cup long-grain rice, cooked • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided • 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas • shredded lettuce, optional, for topping


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
