Thank goodness! Now you never have to endure dry baked chicken again. These Baked Lemon Chicken Breasts are perfectly juicy and flavorful, thanks to a beautifully concocted marinade comprised of butter, lemons, paprika, dried oregano, and garlic salt. Pop these Lemon Chicken Breasts in the oven and get ready to enjoy with your favorite side!

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted • 2 lemons, juiced • 1 tablespoon paprika • 1 tablespoon dried oregano • 1 teaspoon garlic salt • salt, to taste • ground black pepper, to taste • 4 (6-ounce) chicken breasts

Step 1

Mix the butter, lemon juice, paprika, dried oregano, garlic salt, salt, and black pepper into a large mixing bowl (or a resealable bag for easy clean-up) until combined.

Step 2

Add in the chicken breasts and leave the chicken in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 4

Move the chicken into an oven-safe dish, keeping the skin-side up.

Step 5

Pour the marinade from the bag all around the chicken.

Step 6

Bake the dish uncovered until no longer pink in the centers and juices run clear, about 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.

Step 7

Remove the chicken from the oven.

Step 8

Serve hot with some of the marinade on top, if desired.
