• 10 bratwursts • 4 tablespoons butter • 2 medium onions, sliced • 4 tablespoons brown sugar • 1 1/2 (12-ounce) bottles of dark beer • 10 hot dog bunsDirections

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the bratwursts until just done, according to the package directions.

Transfer the bratwursts to a plate.

In a large skillet, melt the butter.

Add the onion to the butter and cook until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
