Ingredients• 6 slices turkey bacon, cut into small pieces • 2 (16-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough • 2 eggs • 1/4 cup skim milk • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Place the turkey bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat.
Cook and turn occasionally, until evenly browned, for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the turkey bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a fluted tube pan or bundt pan thoroughly with cooking spray.
Open the biscuit cans and separate the individual biscuits.
Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces.
Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
Dunk the biscuit pieces into the egg mixture and layer them into the fluted tube pan. Top each layer of the biscuits with the turkey bacon and cheddar cheese.
Pour any remaining egg mixture over the dough in the pan.
Spray the top of the bread with the cooking spray.
Bake until the top is browned, about 40 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes.
Invert the bread onto a plate and serve.
