This brew is sure to be a knockout at your next breakfast party! Brunch Punch uses the brightness of orange juice and the tropical tang of pineapple juice as the foundation for a bubbly, citrusy, buzzy beverage that will inspire giggles and toasts to go with your toast. Each glass features a constellation of fresh fruit and a sugared rim for extra stars of sweetness to pair with the crisp, refreshing drink. Brunch Punch will punch up any occasion!


• ice, enough to fill a punch bowl • 2 liters of lemon-lime soda • 2 cups orange juice • 2 cups pineapple juice • 2 cups vodka • 1 bottle Prosecco • 2 cups strawberries, plus more for the rims, sliced • 2 cups raspberries • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish • sanding sugar, for the rims


Step 1

To a large punch bowl, add the ice, soda, orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, Prosecco, strawberries, raspberries, and mint leaves, stirring to combine.

Step 2

Pour the sanding sugar into a shallow dish. Run a few strawberries over the rims of the intended serving glasses. Coat the rims of the serving glasses in the sanding sugar by gently dipping each rim in the sugar dish.

Step 3

Ladle the punch into the glasses.

Step 4

Serve garnished with the extra mint leaves.
