• 1 tablespoon olive oil • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste • 1 cup barbecue sauce • 1 cup shredded cheese blend • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped


Step 1

Heat up the olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Set your oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 3

Season the chicken breast on both sides with salt and pepper to your liking. Cook the chicken for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until it is done. The cook time may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken breast.

Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken.

Then, sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over each chicken breast.
