A sunny day and a sunny season needs a sunny kind of steak! Citrus-Marinated Ribeye is soaked in bright fruit flavors with a touch of sweetness and zest to bring out even more of the savory taste! Grilled to juicy perfection, Citrus-Marinated Ribeye sparkles with flavors, making it perfect for pairing with a glass of wine on the patio!

• 1/2 cup olive oil • zest and juice of 1 orange • zest and juice of 1 lemon • 2 cloves garlic, crushed • 2 sprigs rosemary • 2 (8-10 ounce) ribeye steaks

Step 1

Begin by combining the olive oil, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and rosemary in a large resealable bag. This is the citrus marinade that will make your steaks flavorful!

Step 2

Add the steaks to the marinade, reseal the bag, and turn to coat. Marinade for 60-90 minutes, turning the bag every 30 minutes to properly coat the steaks.

Step 3

Prepare and preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 4

Cook the ribeyes on the grill until you achieve your desired doneness.

Step 5

While the steaks cook, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan on the skillet and bring to a boil.

Step 6

The sauce should thicken. Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from heat.

Step 7

Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes after cooking.

Step 8

Drizzle the steaks with the warm citrus sauce and serve with your favorite sides.
