Ingredients• 2 (6-ounce) packages of reduced-sodium stuffing mix • 1 (10.75-ounce) can of condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted • 1 cup milk, 2% • 8 cups chicken, cubed and cooked • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 3/4 pound sliced deli ham, cut into 1-inch strips • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded • 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease two 9x13-inch baking dishes.
Prepare the stuffing mixes according to the package directions.
Whisk the cream of chicken soup and milk together.
Toss the chicken with the pepper.
Divide the chicken evenly between the prepared baking dishes.
Layer each baking dish with even amounts of ham and Swiss cheese.
Layer 1 cup of cheddar cheese into each baking dish.
Add in the soup and stuffing.
Sprinkle each baking dish with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake until the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.
