Ingredients• 1/4 cup milk • 2 large eggs • 3 pounds chicken tenders • 4 cups corn flakes, crushed, measured after crushing • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Set a wire rack onto the pan.
In a large bowl, whisk the milk and eggs together.
Add the chicken tenders to the bowl, fully submerging them.
Place the crushed corn flakes into a large ziplock bag with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Shake the bag up well, fully combining all of the ingredients.
Remove a piece of chicken from the bowl, letting the excess milk and egg wash drip off.
Place the chicken in the bag of corn flakes, giving it a good shake to fully coat. Feel free to press the corn flakes down into the chicken, if needed.
Set the coated chicken on the wire rack, repeating the process until all of the chicken is coated.
Spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray.
Bake until the internal temperature of the chicken reads 160 degrees F, about 20-30 minutes.
Transfer the chicken from the oven and allow them to rest until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F, about 5 minutes.
