• 1/2 cup mayonnaise • 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt • 1 teaspoon lemon juice • 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, minced • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill • 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped or shredded • 1/2 cup celery or apple, finely chopped • 1/3 cup dried cranberries • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste
