Crispy Oven Fries

You don’t need frying oil to get the crispiest, crunchiest French fries. Crispy Oven Fries cuts down on the grease and instead just leaves the fluffy on the inside, crunchy on the outside satisfaction. When paired with your favorite dips and condiments, Crispy Oven Fries make a perfect side that may just overshadow the main meal! Burger night just got more exciting!


• 4 large baking potatoes, cut into fry size • 2 tablespoons olive oil, more to taste • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt or lemon pepper


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

Let the potatoes soak in cold water in the sink or in a bowl for at least 30 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them very well.

Step 3

Toss the potatoes with the oil and seasoned salt.

Step 4

Spread the potatoes evenly in a single layer on a parchment-lined pan.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Turn the oven up to 425 degrees F and cook the fries until golden, about 20-25 minutes more.

Step 7

Serve hot.
