Easy Cuban Sliders

The Cuban sandwich is one of the greatest foods ever invented and now you can share them with everyone! Easy Cuban Sliders have the savory ham and melty Swiss cheese of a traditional Cuban sandwich, all nestled in a pillowy roll topped with butter and mustard. Easy Cuban Sliders are perfect for pulling apart at parties so everyone can get a bite. You certainly won't need to worry about having leftovers!


• 2 (12-ounce) packages Hawaiian sweet rolls • 1 1/4 pounds deli ham, thinly sliced • 9 slices Swiss cheese • 24 dill pickle slices For the topping: • 1/2 cup butter, cubed • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Step 3

Cut each package of rolls in half horizontally without separating the rolls first.

Step 4

Arrange the (still-attached) bottoms of the rolls in the prepared baking pan.

Step 5

Layer on the ham, cheese, and pickle slices.

Step 6

Top with the top halves of the rolls.

Step 7

In the microwave, melt the butter.

Step 8

Stir the onion and mustard into the melted butter.

Step 9

Drizzle the butter mixture over the rolls.

Step 10

Cover and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 11

Uncover and bake until golden brown and heated through, for about 5-10 minutes.
