• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano • 1/2 teaspoon paprika • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice • 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
