Ingredients• 16 ounces plain Greek yogurt • 1 (10-ounce) container roasted red pepper hummus • 1/4 red onion, minced • 1 cucumber, chopped • 1 cup cherry tomato, chopped • 1 cup red bell pepper, roasted and chopped • 5 peppadew peppers, chopped • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for serving: • dippers, such as carrots, pita chips, or crackers, of your choice
Spread the Greek yogurt on the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish.
Spread the hummus evenly on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle the red onions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, peppadew peppers, feta cheese, and parsley on top of the hummus.
