• 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1 cup barbeque sauce, plus more dipping


Step 1

Prepare the grill for indirect heat.

Step 2

Season the pork tenderloins with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Oil the grates or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Ensure you have a drip pan positioned under the pork.

Step 4

Place the pork on the grill and cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Brush the tenderloin with the barbecue sauce of your choice and cook until an internal meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F, about 15 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the pork from the grill and allow it to rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Slice the pork and serve with additional barbeque sauce for dipping.
