Ingredients

• 1 cup watermelon, cubed • 1 cup pineapple, cubed • 2 tablespoons honey • 1 tablespoon lime juice • feta cheese, to taste, crumbled, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Using fruit skewers, alternate watermelon and pineapple cubes until full.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.

Step 4

Brush the mixture onto the fruit skewers.

Step 5

Grill the skewers until they begin to brown and caramelize, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 6

Serve warm with the crumbled feta cheese.
