Ingredients• 1 tablespoon butter • 2 tablespoons coconut oil • 1/2 cup kernels • salt, to taste
Melt the butter and coconut oil in the instant pot using the "saute" function.
Add the popcorn kernels and stir until the kernels are well coated with the coconut oil and butter mixture.
Put the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to the venting position. It is crucial that the valve stays in the venting position.
Cook the kernels for 5 minutes using the “saute” function.
Press the “cancel” button to turn the pressure cooker off.
Carefully remove the lid. A few of the kernels may still pop after the pressure cooker is turned off.
Transfer the popped corn into a bowl and season with salt to taste.
