• 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder • 1/4 teaspoon paprika • 3/4 teaspoon salt • parsley, optional, to taste, for garnish


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying with cooking spray. Set aside.

Step 3

Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness.

Step 4

In a small mixing bowl, mix the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, paprika, and salt together.

Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.

Spray the chicken generously with cooking spray.
