Loaded Waffle Fries take advantage of the wide shape to top them with melty sharp cheese, salty bacon bits, and tangy green onions. • 4 cups frozen waffle-cut fries • 1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • 2 tablespoons green onions, optional chopped • 2 tablespoons bacon bits


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2

Grease a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 3

Arrange the waffle fries on the prepared baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes.

Step 4

Sprinkle the fries with the steak seasoning.

Step 5

Add the cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon bits.

Step 6

Bake until the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
