Ingredients
• 4 chicken breasts • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1 teaspoon salt, divided • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, chopped • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakesDirections
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the chicken breast on a clean surface and lightly cover in the olive oil.
Add the paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, the garlic powder, and the onion powder to a separate small bowl. Stir until the mixture is fully combined.
Liberally season both sides of the chicken with the seasoning mixture.
Using a large knife, make a horizontal cut 3/4 the way through the chicken breast.
Add the cream cheese, parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper, and salt to taste in a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Stir for about 25-30 seconds or until the ingredients are properly combined.
Spoon the spinach mixture into the cut of each chicken breast evenly.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot.
