This Million Dollar Chicken bake will make you excited to eat a chicken breast again. The mayonnaise and cream cheese add in the moisture and fat chicken breast is often lacking, while the bacon and cheese give in an undeniable richness that will please just about any dinner companion. Serve the creamy, tender Million Dollar Chicken alongside a green salad and rice for a balanced meal.


• 6 ounces cream cheese, softened • 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled, more for topping • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped, more for topping • 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded and divided • 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and thinly cut or pounded


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, bacon crumbles, green onion, and half of the Colby Jack cheese together in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 3

In a baking dish, evenly place the chicken breast and spread the cheese mixture over the chicken.

Step 4

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

Step 5

Bake until the chicken has an internal temperature reading of 165 degrees F at its thickest part, about 30-40 minutes.

Step 6

Top with a bacon and green onion garnish and serve!
