Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix the mayo, cream cheese, bacon crumbles, green onion, and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, until fully combined. Set aside.

Season each side of the pork chops with the pepper, salt, and garlic.
