A delicious spin on a classic dish! This Orange Ginger Chicken has the same great tastes as a traditional orange chicken with a delightful kick of ginger. This chicken is crispy, flavorful, and oh so satisfying. Pair Orange Ginger Chicken with fluffy jasmine rice for a scrumptious, hearty meal!

• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 2 tablespoons canola oil • 1/2 cup orange juice • 1/2 cup orange marmalade • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce • 2 tablespoons honey • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger • thinly sliced green onion, optional for garnish • sesame seeds, optional for garnish

Step 1

Put the flour into a large plastic bag.

Step 2

Then, season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add the chicken into the bag a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat the chicken evenly.

Step 4

Using a large skillet, cook the chicken thighs in the oil in batches over medium heat until the chicken thighs are no longer pink.

Step 5

Remove the chicken and cover to keep warm.

Step 6

Using the same skillet, add together the remaining ingredients.

Step 7

Bring to a boil, stirring to loosen browned bits from the pan. Stir until it has thickened.

Step 8

Return the chicken to the pan; heat through. Sprinkle with the green onion and sesame seeds if desired, and serve.
