• 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces • 2 (11-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup • 2 tablespoons onion dip mix • 1 cup beef broth, plus more as needed • 8 ounces egg noodles


Step 1

Add the olive oil to the pot of a pressure cooker.

Step 2

Set the pressure cooker to the sauté function.

In batches, brown the meat, turning them only once and transferring browned pieces to a plate.
