• 1 (2-pound) pork tenderloin • 1 (12-ounce) can or bottle root beer • 1 (18-ounce) bottle barbecue sauce • 8 burger buns, split and lightly toasted


Step 1

Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker.

Step 2

Pour the root beer over the tenderloin.

Step 3

Cover the slow cooker and cook until the meat is fork-tender, about 6-7 hours on low heat.

Drain the meat well.

Using two forks, shred the meat.
