These crispy, crunchy, juicy chicken fingers are coated in a sweet and spicy sauce and wrapped in a tortilla. • 1/3 cup hot sauce • 3/4 cup brown sugar • 1/4 cup water • 8 chicken fingers, breaded and cooked • 4 flour tortillas, burrito size • 2 cups cheddar cheese, optional, shredded • 2 cups lettuce, optional, chopped • 1 small tomato, optional, sliced


Step 1

In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, stir the hot sauce, brown sugar, and water until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is heated thoroughly, about 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the saucepan from the heat, and let the mixture stand for 3-4 minutes to thicken.

Step 3

Place the cooked chicken fingers in a large bowl.

Step 4

Pour the sauce over the chicken fingers, gently tossing with tongs to coat all of the chicken in the sauce.

Step 5

Place two sauce-coated chicken fingers onto one of the tortillas.

Step 6

Add the desired amount of cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Step 7

Wrap it up and serve immediately.

Step 8

Repeat with the remaining chicken, tortillas, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
