Ingredients• 1 cup whole milk, cold • 1 cup sour cream • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix • 1 teaspoon orange zest, grated • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped • 8 cups angel food cake, cubed • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
In a large bowl, beat the milk, sour cream, pudding mix, and orange zest on low speed until thickened.
Fold in the whipping cream.
Place half of the cake cubes in a 3-quart glass bowl.
Arrange 1/3 of the strawberries around the sides of the bowl and over the cake.
Top with 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers in the same order.
Top with the remaining strawberries.
Refrigerate the trifle for 2 hours before serving.
