Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves • 4 tablespoons honey • 6 tablespoons sriracha • 1 tablespoon lime juice • 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on • 2-3 green onions, optional, for garnish • sesame seeds, optional, for garnishDirections
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan on the stove-top.
Add the ginger and garlic, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the paprika, ground cloves, honey, sriracha, and lime juice, stirring until fully combined.
Allow the mixture to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Prepare the grill grates by spraying with cooking spray.
Add the chicken to the grill, skin side down.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side.
Continue cooking and flipping until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F, about 3-4 minutes.
During the final 5 minutes of grilling, brush the chicken on both sides with the prepared glaze. Serve immediately.
