The Midwest region often gets overlooked because of its slow-moving, middle-of-nowhere nature. Still, some really great things come from there–like extremely friendly and hardworking people who are reliable and consistent. The Midwest's Best Casserole shares those same characteristics, too. You can always count on the ground beef to be salty, the sloppy joe sauce to be savory, the cheese to be melty, and the biscuits to be fluffy–all layered together to create one simple masterpiece. So here's to you, The Midwest's Best Casserole, for being the tasty reminder that simple isn't always boring!
