• 8 ounces rigatoni • 3/4 pound ground beef • 1/2 cup onion, chopped • 1 (15-ounce) can of pizza sauce • 2/3 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted • 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded • 1 (3.5-ounce) package of sliced pepperoni • fresh basil, optional, chopped


Step 1

Cook the rigatoni according to the package directions.

Step 2

Drain the rigatoni.

Step 3

In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes, breaking the beef up into crumbles as it cooks.

Step 4

Drain the fat from the skillet.

Step 5

Add the pizza sauce, soup, and cheese.

Cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.

Step 7

Add the rigatoni and pepperoni to the beef mixture.

Heat through, stirring to combine.
